I guess calling this day 4 isn't very accurate.
I did something little each night last week to get the room ready to paint.
One night I removed all the nails and screws from the wall.
The next night I filled in the holes.
Yesterday, I primed that old green wall.
When I woke up this morning I had this blank canvas.
It took about two hours for me to do all the cutting in. Rolling the walls was a breeze!!
This picture was taken with my flash off but on an auto setting. The camera just didn't capture the color right.
So instead of facing the light, I turned my back to it and took a picture of the wall with the reflecting light. It was a little closer to the truer color, but not there quite yet.
So I put the camera on a manual setting and voila!
Color perfection.
I am loving this color.
I catch myself walking by the room and opening the door just to peek at it.
I've still got some things to paint, decor to purchase, and one really, really big project left for this room.

Gorgeous! I'm wondering if I should actually choose different paint colors for the different rooms of our new house, instead of one overall color. It just adds so much!
